Although it appears that the event exists, I am unable to view any events that are newly created, or converted from a task, in the "Day View". When i type an even description, i can see the gui, but once i hit enter, gui disappears. I noticed some javascript errors:
Line: 52
Char: 5
Error: 'document.getElementById(....).contentWindow.document.body' is null or not an object
Code: 0
anyone else have this problem?? |

I was not able to reproduce this issue under Linux (Ubunto 7.04) and Fire Fox
What is your set-up? This will help the Scrybe team trouble shoot this problem for you.

david,
I am running windows vista home premium.
This problem happens both on IE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.6
It's really wierd because it started only about 2 to 3 days back. I am able to reproduce this at work too - the setup there is win 2000 and ie6
In addition to the convert task to events problem, whenever i create an event the usual way, by clicking on a time slot, the gui shows up fine, but when i create a few events and then click on the created events, all the event guis disappear. I like scrybe, so anything you could do to resolve this problem will be really appreaciated. |

| I encounter the same problem as innovation29 but cannot find a checkbox to "check General Calendar for viewing". Where can I find it? |

Hi Kayakdreemar--
1. Click on the gray arrow at the left edge of your Calendar area.
You calendars display in a pop-out pane.
2. Ensure the checkbox for the General calendar is selected to show your events under the General label.
Thanks,
Saj |
