I am never able to connect. I have to try it online, then switch to offline, then refresh. It then opens, and I can switch back to online.

I use Firefox 2.0.0.9 and have installed the latest Flashplayer. I use Windows XP Professional Version 2002, with Service Pack 2. Screen resolution is 1024 x 768.

I love the program and use it every day. But obviously I need some help.

Hi,

Please go to the following path and delete all files from there:

C:\Documents and Settings\[XP username]\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\WZ9QXRFH\iscrybe.com\organizer

And then try to sign in.

Thanks,
Sabika

I did what you said. After a minute, I got this notification:

Please wait...

Your network connection or the server is not
responding as expected at the moment

You may be able to continue in a few moments
if network communication improves

Otherwise you need to refresh the application.
Recent changes might have been lost

I then went offline and refreshed Scrybe. It opened but I had no content. I copied back the files you'd told me to delete and refreshed again, and it was all back. But still there is no syncing online. It's acting just as it was before.

Any suggestions?
