In regard of the problems with the faulty server I wonder if we could find a mecanism to prevent the lost of our off-line data in case of a data lost like the one who occured yesterday.
From what I understand, when at login an internet connection is detected what appears in the calendar are the data from the remote server, if not it's our off-line database.
So yesterday when we logged to iScrybe our off-line database was overwritten with an empty file. I do not know if once logged there is a way to exit iScrybe without having the off-line database overwritten or not.
So my suggest is to be able to save an off-line back-up database to be able to keep our calendar data in case something go wrong at the other end. In my case if the calendar sharing with iCal is implemented that will do the job.
Also,I'm little woried about my notes in the thoughtpad. I do not have a back-up of this database. |

| From my understanding, downloading and/or subscribing to your calendar by ical is part of Phase 3 and will be eventually rolled out to everyone. |
