Instead of just leaving the priority list just at 1,2,3,…. Can this be customized where we can associate a list to it –
Like
1. Family
2. Work
3. Health
4. Personal – Fun
After this is done can we allocate time for the above priority? Like
3. Health – 5 hours each week.
(This can be flexible where you can set the time allocation for a daily, weekly or yearly setting).
On the advance level, where two events or task are set for the same time then the task with the highest priority will be set by the user. Or if I overdo a task then this will give me a reminder and will not let me allocate it again unless it’s an emergency. (Reason I ask is because I have overdone some things and later wished I has some kind of reminder that I was going overboard.)
So when I set an event or task on the calendar and associate it with the priority list, the program automatically calculates the time I have spend and need to spend on the list. This way if I miss something it just doesn’t the slip my mind. (So if I have been spending less time with my wife, I make it up to her for all the late nights at work.)
I am waiting for an email invitation for Scrybe. Please give an estimate when I will be receiving the invite.
Thank you |
