Automatic time recognition works both for tasks and events:

http://iscrybe.com/organizer/s_28_3/help/01Events.htm#Auto_Time
http://iscrybe.com/organizer/s_28_3/help/04Working_With_Reminders.htm#AutomaticDateRecognition

You can CTRL+Drag an event to create a copy of the event.
You can also CTRL+Drag a task on your calendar to create a copy of a task and put it as an event.

Reminder times are not going to be user-defined in the near term updates.

Hi Sabika and thanks for the reply.

I can get it to work in Month view but not in Day or week view ( I rarely use month views in any software/PDA's I use so month view is one I would hardly ever use).

Does it work in other views ?

Thanks also for the replies on the other points is there another way to copy an entry I'm thinking If I want to put a copy in another week (again not in month view)

As regards customizable reminder times would this be difficult to do or is there any other reason you don't want to bring it in soon ?

thanks again

OK now delete doesn't work either - have read the help pages says right click then delete so I right click and I get : open, open in new window and copy link - I do not get an option to delete.

Does this product work in Firefox ?

Right-click > Delete works in Day and Week view.
Date recognition works in month view only, reason being that it is very easy to enter an event against a time in day and week views.
