Hallo,

I am under the impression that only one reminder is sent for repeated events. I tried to reproduce this by clicking on an event, then clicking the "click to edit the whole series" "button" and setting up an email reminder. Then I got reminded once for the first instance of the event series (event if it's in the past, which does not make much sense to me). After that, the reminder is deactived for all coming instances of the series. That's not really practical, I want to be reminded of doing my laundry next week as much as this week (and more than for last week...).

Also, it's nice that the reminder "tab" stays open when switching between events, but after updating a reminder, I have to click on "reminder" again to continue with editing reminders of other events. That is a bit annoying and reminds me of "Web 1.0" style forms where the whole screen changes. You could consider this a feature request, but since it shows an inconsistency, I regard it as a bug.

Thanks & good bye

Dennis

A repeated event was created.
When one (in this case the first one) was changed (moved the time up from 6:30PM to 2PM), a reminder was still sent for 6:30PM. It should have sent the reminder for 2PM.

Also new events added in the PAST should have reminder set OFF as default.

Also cell phone reminders are still not consistently received at requested time.

As for the cell phone reminders I was pleased the first week of my schedule when everything worked great. The following week, I did not receive reminders for any repeated events (such as classes). When I update and ask it to send reminders to my phone, it sends me all my reminders from the beginning of my calender at once to my phone. So far, however; I am pleased with the program.

Hi,
I am having the same issue with the reminders. Since the last posting that I see in this thread is in 2007, I was wondering if the issue has been addressed and/or resolved?

Thanks For Your Help.

I'm sorry to bother you, but do you have an idea of when the next major release will come out? If not, that's fine.

As always, I'm always looking forward to new releases.

Have A Great Day - Thanks For The Response...
