Because you can only type short entries in the calendar, I use the thoughtpad as a diary with an entry for each day.
I create a new label for each month and a new note for each day but I would like to see a better way of scrolling through the notes when they are numerous. Ideally a more 'summed up' index of the notes would be good with the option to show just the note's name and see the list of notes in one place. |

I'll second this request having an index in the ThoughtPad would be very handy. Each topic already has a title so it would seem you could simply use that in the index.
It would also be nice to have a timestamp button (similiar to Natara Daynotez). With a single click you can enter the current date and time directly in your notes. Nice feature when updating/appending information to an existing entry. |

I know there is an automatic index function already but my point was there aren't enough entries on each one and you have to scroll to go through each index. It would be ideal to have them all in one spot (one big long index with shorter entries). thanks |

Mimi,
are you thinking along the lines of a master table of contents as opposed to what it already does for each category?

Hi Dave,
Yes something like that... a list of ALL the notes saved into one label.
Because I use it mainly as a diary for now, all my notes titles are just dates.
I would like to be able in this instance to see all the dates in one go so I quickly access them instead of having to scroll through all my notes.
Hope that makes sense lol |
